Darryl helped my brother and I assess the home's potential for sale, get repairs and upgrades completed that would help us get a better price, and stage the house for maximum positive exposure. Darryl and JJ Jones did a great job in what has to be one of the most difficult situations a realtor can face.  My client wanted the property sold as part of a Dissolution of Marriage case and the other party was refusing to cooperate. Darryl was selected by the judge for the listing and began his work on getting the property sold.

Despite the difficulty of an angry recalcitrant person refusing to make the property available for show, Darryl was able to get above asking price offers within weeks.  I cannot go into too much detail of all the complications that arose in this sale, but I can say that I could not imagine any worse conditions in which to sale a home.  

Darryl and JJ did NOT disappoint.  If they can get above asking price offers under these conditions just imagine what they can do for you under more ideal conditions.  Can't say enough about this team and the job they did under such difficult conditions.

I worked with Darryl to sell my Brea home. I were concerned about processing but Darryl got us thinking objectively about what we should do in each step. He was amazing to work with throughout to entire processing such a Staging, photograph, publish, open house.

My property got one time back on market but Darryl was able to find the right buyer and get both parties to an agreement pretty quickly and on time. I was a little hesitant to work with this team because they were so 'known' in my area, I assumed I would be lost in a sea of buyers and sellers. Nothing could be further from the truth! Darryl and his team (Dodi and Jill - rockstars) helped us navigate the incredibly competitive real estate jungle of 2021. We never felt pressured, and he guided us on selling our home effectively in a hot market without leaving ourselves out on the street! He and his team then helped us find our next home and the process could not have gone smoother. Every call was answered, every response was timely and thorough, and Darryl's advice was always geared at putting my family's needs and concerns first. We started by staging our home (provided as a free service by Darryl) and then listing in October 2018 and scheduling open houses nearly every weekend from then until a couple weeks before Christmas. We had a hard time selling as the market had slowed down a lot and the area was varied in price for homes of the same or similar size. We ended up dropping our asking price several times to entice more buyers and eventually sold and closed escrow in March 2019.

During that time we looked at many homes. We even found one that we thought was for us, submitted an offer and went into escrow. That was in November and December of 2018. Unfortunately that house ended up not being the one for us so we continued looking off and on until eventually we found the one for us in late February 2019.

During this whole process Darryl was available to contact almost anytime of day via text. We mostly dealt with his associate Dodi however Darryl chimed in when needed. Dodi and Darryl usually got back to us within a few minutes of us texting. In the beginning my wife and I felt like there were communication issues and a disconnect, but that was probably our fault as we didnt really involve ourselves in the process. Once we starting involving ourselves more the communication was much better.

Overall we are satisfied with working with Darryl and his team. It was a very long process for us but in the end definitely worth it!

If I could give Darryl more than 5 stars, I would! He and his team were awesome. Darryl handled selling two homes and buying one. It was stressful, anxiety ridden, a roller coaster ride. I don't think I would have made it through except for Darryl and his team. Darryl was available all the time for us. Shannon and Dodi answered questions throughout the day, even on the weekends. Darryl, Jill, and Danelle never said no to look at houses, didn't matter if it was dinnertime and they had their own families to be with. In the end, Darryl found us our dream home. I can't imagine living anywhere else.

If I could give more stars, I would.  Darryl and his office were awesome. He handled the selling of 2 homes and buying 1 home. It was stressful, anxiety ridden, a roller coaster ride. Shannon and Dodi answered texts and emails at all hours of the day and weekend.  When it was time to look at homes, Darryl and Jill spent hours showing us homes, sometimes at a moment's notice.  And once we bought our new home, Danelle met us there at night so the window covering person could measure the windows. I cannot say enough how much we appreciate the time and effort Darryl put in to helping us find our new home and selling our old ones.
